How much does it cost?
- Nextcloud Personal: $12/month or $120/year
- Student Nextcloud Personal: $9/month for 3 years
- Immich Photo Backup: $7/month or $70/year
- Nextcloud extra storage (+300 GB): $6/month or $60/year
- Immich extra storage (+300 GiB): $4/month or $40/year
Is there a free trial?
No free trial. Skylantix offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on initial signup.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards through Stripe.
What is your refund policy?
- Full refund within 14 days of initial signup
- After 14 days on monthly billing, no refund, but service remains active through the billing period
- After 14 days on annual billing, no refund, but service remains active through the paid term
- Extended outages may qualify for prorated credits or refunds at Skylantix’s discretion
Do prices ever increase?
Pricing may change if underlying costs change. If that happens, Skylantix will provide advance notice before changes take effect.
Do you offer a student discount?
Yes. Students can get Nextcloud Personal for $9/month instead of $12/month for 3 years.
How does student verification work?
Email [email protected] once with proof of enrollment from your school email address. Verification is one-time only. Once approved, the discount stays active for 3 years.

How much storage do I get?
- Nextcloud Personal: 200 GB base, 500 GB with add-on
- Immich Photo Backup: 200 GiB base, 500 GiB with add-on
- Nextcloud Dedicated / Managed: planned at 500 GB
Can I get more storage?
Yes. Storage add-ons are available now for the active services.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domain support may be available for upcoming dedicated services. Reach out if that is part of your setup.
Privacy & Security
Where is my data stored?
In Orange County, California, on infrastructure Skylantix owns and manages.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Do you sell my data?
No.
What about backups?
Skylantix uses RAID-backed storage and encrypted offsite backups.
What is your uptime commitment?
The uptime target is 99%. There is no enterprise SLA.
Account & Support
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You have 30 days to export your data after cancellation. After that, your data is deleted.
Can I rejoin later?
Yes. Resubscription is supported.
How do I get support?
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. The active services are meant to be usable without running your own infrastructure.
